MD9012 Patient Monitor Common Fault Maintenance Guide
 
The main faults of the patient monitor include:
Plug AC does not turn on; Black screen, battery can’t charging, bad display, bad printing, bad touch, no waveform of blood oxygen, undetectable blood pressure, abnormal ECG waveform, all the faults must be confirmed whether the corresponding line is loose, after falling off and then determined corresponding device
1. Failure to turn on
1.1:The AC cable is plugged in indicator is on.
1.1.1 Failure to turn on by pressing the turn On button
Main fault A: Replace a good battery and check whether the fault is rectified
B: The key plate is not good and the related connecting lines are loose or fall off
C: The power supply board is faulty and the related cables are loose or fall off
1.2: The AC indicator is off when the AC cable is plugged in.
1.2.1: First confirm whether it is the external power supply problem or the machine itself, you can use other equipment to confirm the external power supply, if other equipment can be energized, it is the machine problem;
Major fault A: Check whether the fuse is damaged
B: The key plate is not good and the related connecting lines are loose or fall off
C: The power supply board is faulty and the related cables are loose or fall off
 
2. A blank screen is displayed upon startup
After the boot, wait about 10 seconds, rotate the shuttle horn whether there is sound,If there is sound the display screen is bad; If there is no sound, the possibility of poor motherboard is relatively large;
 
3. The battery cannot be charged
Phenomenon the battery can not charge, can be normally switched on when plugged in AC, unplugged immediately shut down; When the AC is plugged in, the battery symbol is displayed as charging. After 30 minutes, the AC is unplugged, and the electric quantity does not change (except the full battery display);
3.1: Remove the battery, plug it into AC and use a multimeter to measure the machine end of the battery interface. The normal voltage should be 8.2-8.4V. If the voltage is normal, you can confirm that the battery is bad. If there is no voltage or low voltage, the probability is the problem of the power supply board; Disassemble the machine and measure whether the output end of the power supply board has 12V power supply. If no, the power supply board is faulty. If you do not have a multimeter, remove and replace the battery in the same type of machine to confirm the fault.
 
 
4. Bad display
The screen, bright line, abnormal color, white screen and other phenomena are displayed upon startup. The possible location of this phenomenon is the display screen, the display driver board and the motherboard, the fault can only be determined by swapping related devices, the most likely is the display and the motherboard fault; If the screen appears leakage, white spots black spots, bright line phenomenon, you can judge the display is bad.
 
 
5. Poor printing (if you have this function)
Printing faults include: printing paper can’t out and the indicate light is always on (under normal circumstances, when the paper is installed, the green light is on and the red light is off), printing missing marks, etc. This phenomenon is mainly a printer problem (including poor printing is also a printer problem);
 
 
6. The fault of poor touch is generally loose of the touch screen or the connecting line inside. After the above is eliminated, the high probability is the fault of press key.
 
7. Blood oxygen can not be measured and the value is not correct: first of all, check whether the fault is solved on the oxygen exchange probe. If it is not solved, it is necessary to disassemble the machine to see whether the wire interface is loose. If the fault has not been solved, the probability is that the motherboard is bad; The value is not accurate, generally related to the test environment, the light can not be too bright, and then change the probe to check;
 
 
8. The blood pressure can not be measured or the deviation is more than 10 values: if the pressure button is pressed, the air pump works, but the blood pressure nozzle has no air out (can be sensed by hand), it may be the internal trachea falls off or the valve fails; If there is gas discharge, the blood pressure value can not be measured, first change the blood pressure cuff, verify whether the cuff leakage, if the fault is not solved, can only disassemble the machine to see whether the trachea falls off, the air pump valve connection line is not loose, it is suggested to re-plug; If the fault is not solved, the probability is the pump and valve problem; If the numerical deviation is large, it is generally because the pipeline has been used for a long time and the air tightness is not good, or the sleeve is leaking. Refer to the above method to solve the problem.
 
9. No ECG waveform: first check whether the limb clamp and suction ball are well removed, and then use alcohol to remove the dead skin on the human body contact part. If the fault has not been solved, it is necessary to change the heart conductance wire, the fault is removed, and the lead wire is bad; If the fault is not removed, it is necessary to disassemble the machine to see whether the inner line of the center motor is loose and falls off. If there is no abnormality, there is a high probability that the motherboard is bad; The elimination method of a certain lead wire without waveform is the same as above.
