You are on the safe side: all Meditech products come with two years of free repair. According to the warranty card enclosed in the package, the corresponding free warranty period applies to the main unit and probe
(transducer) from the date of manufacture.
2. Customer Service ProcedureMeditech Products Warranty .
We greatly appreciate your valuable comments regarding our products and services. The general procedure for handling your feedback is as follows:
① We receive the customer's feedback;
② We will give the customer a preliminary reply as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and ask for detailed information about the product, such as the serial number of the main unit, the service form (must be filled in by the customer), the model and version of the main unit, the detailed feedback or the question. Meanwhile, we will try to get the customer's name and correspondence for tracing;
③ Provide professional solutions for the feedback. If necessary, the defective part of the product should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The cost of shipping depends on various situations, such as whether the product is still within the free warranty period or not;
④ Inquire about service according to customer feedback;
⑤ Archive the whole process for service.
