Before you visit the doctor, or even take that at-home test from the pharmacy, here are some things to look out for that may mean you? You’ve got a baby on the way…
1) You have a headache or backache
Getting headaches or pain in the lower back more often than usual is one of the early signs of pregnancy. An aching head can be the result of changes in hormones, a sore back can be the result of your ligaments loosening.
2) You're unusually tired
If you're experiencing fatigue, have been falling asleep more easily than usual, or are suddenly exhausted, it may be your body's response to an increase in your hormone levels due to pregnancy.
3) Your breasts are sore
If even putting on your bra in the morning is uncomfortable, your breasts feel a bit larger, heavier, and more tender, this is one sign that you may be pregnant.
4) You feel nauseous
Although morning sickness is generally associated with later on in the first trimester, some women can start feeling queasy even earlier.
5) You constantly have to go to the bathroom
If you find yourself urinating much more frequently than usual, this may be a result of the extra fluids the body produces when you're pregnant.
6) You're craving certain food, and disgusted by others
If you find yourself addicted to random foods you didn't love before, or completely averse to other kinds of food you normally like, this could be a sign of pregnancy. A heightened sense of smell can also accompany pregnancy.
7) You're experiencing mood swings
If your emotions have been going up and down faster than a rollercoaster, you may be reacting to the new hormones associated with pregnancy.
8) You're Spotting
If you're experiencing slight menstruation that is much lighter and earlier than your period, it could actually be implantation bleeding, which occurs with pregnancy.
